Vecer Looks at Possibility of Unrest in W Balkans

Maribor, 1 March - The daily Vecer says on Tuesday that the EU should launch the investment programmes it promised to the Western Balkans. If not, these crisis-ridden countries might once again become hotbeds of unrest in Europe - but this time also of social unrest.
