Competition Watchdog Clears Sale of Vecer
Ljubljana, 1 March - The Competition Protection Office has cleared newspaper publisher Delo to sell the daily Vecer to 3 LAN, a small IT firm. The EUR 9.3m deal, held up by watchdog proceedings for six months, will proceed pending approval by the Culture Ministry.
