Ljubljana, 4 March - Prime Minister Borut Pahor will meet French President Nicolas Sarkozy in Paris on Monday to establish a strategic partnership between the countries. He will meet PM Francois Fillon and Ministry of Industry Eric Besson on Tuesday.
