Giant Slalom: Schoerghofer Strongly in the Lead after First Run

Kranjska Gora, 5 March - Philipp Schoerghofer of Austria leads after the first run of the giant slalom in Kranjska Gora on Saturday. He clocked a time of 1:12.18 to lead by 0.65 seconds ahead of Carlo Janka of Switzerland and 0.72 second ahead of Ted Ligety of the US.
