Environmentalists Want Govt to Halt Generator Project
Ljubljana, 9 March - Eleven environmental organisations urged the government on Wednesday to halt the planned construction of a new generator at the Sostanj-based coal-fired power plant (TES) and invest the EUR 1.2bn for the project into efficient use and renewable sources of energy, development of co-generation and smart networks.
