Slovenia Passes Alpine Convention Presidency to Switzerland

Brdo pri Kranju, 9 March - Slovenia handed over the presidency baton of the Alpine Convention to Switzerland on Wednesday, as its two-year spell at the helm comes to an end. Environment Minister Roko Zarnic expressed satisfaction with the work in the past two years, especially regarding the expansion of the convention initiative to the Dinarides.
