Experts: No Surprise if Court Permits Pension Vote

Ljubljana, 13 March - After arriving at a verdict on Thursday, the Constitutional Court will announce on Monday whether it would allow a referendum on the government's pension reform. Unofficially, the court has decided that the referendum would not bring unconstitutional consequences and can go ahead, a decision that does not surprise legal experts.
