Lasko Boss Blames Banks for Rushing Mercator Sale

Laško, 16 March - The boss of heavily indebted beverage group Pivovarna Lasko has accused banks of pushing for the sale of a 23.3% in retailer Mercator. "The banks demand the sale, the group needs to be deleveraged, everything need to be sold," Dusan Zorko told Wednesday's edition of Delo.
