Dnevnik Argues Not Laws But Poor Implementation Undermining Business

Ljubljana, 17 March - Commenting on the protest campaign of small businesses and the prompt legislative reaction of the government, the daily Dnevnik says on Thursday that instead of addressing the failure of state institutions to implement existing laws, the government simply keeps on drawing up new laws.
