Papers Suggest Kucan's Bosnia Report Raises Serious Questions

Ljubljana/Rijeka, 17 March - Slovenian and Croatian media have suggested that a confidential report on Bosnia-Herzegovina drawn up by former Slovenian President Milan Kucan is raising soberingly real questions. Kucan is said to be urging Bosnians to assume responsibility for their country, but also to ask themselves "how much Bosnia means to them".
