Fmr Central Banker Says Slovenia in Serious Need of Capital

Ljubljana, 17 March - Chairman of Unicredit banka Slovenija France Arhar has told weekly Demokracija that Slovenia is facing the major strategic challenge of securing adequate equity capital. There is very little such capital in Slovenia, he assessed, noting it will probably be necessary to accept a substantial number of takeovers.
