Parliamentary Commission Backs Constitutional Judge Nominee

Ljubljana, 17 March - The parliamentary Credentials and Privileges Commission backed on Thursday President Danilo Tuerk's nominee for constitutional judge Rado Bohinc, who is Primorsko University chancellor and twiced served as a government minister. The support was however not unanimous, with strong criticism coming from the opposition Democrats (SDS).
