Sunday Times Accuses Slovenian MEP of Corruption

London/Brussels/Ljubljana, 20 March - The Sunday Times has accused Slovenian MEP Zoran Thaler (Socialists and Democrats) of accepting bribe, saying on Sunday that its journalists, who introduced themselves to Thaler as lobbyists, have offered him a bribe and he accepted the offer. Thaler has rejected the accusations, saying he never intended to accept the bribe.
