Putin Downplays Spat with Medvedev Over Libya

Brdo pri Kranju, 22 March - Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin denied suggestions Tuesday that there was a rift between him and President Dmitry Medvedev over the allied attack on government forces in Libya, saying after talks with his Slovenian counterpart Borut Pahor that foreign policy was the president's prerogative.
