Govt to Seek Annulment of Patria Contract

Ljubljana, 24 March - The government responded on Thursday to the rejection by the Ljubljana District Court of a its bid for a temporary suspension of the EUR 278m defence deal with Finnish contractor Patria by launching proceedings for a contract annulment lawsuit. The government argues the court put forward enough arguments encouraging such a step.
