Slovenia Would Not Commit Ground Troops in Libya

Brussels, 25 March - Prime Minister Borut Pahor said Friday that Slovenia would not commit any ground troops to operations in Libya or any other south Mediterranean country, but he suggested after Friday's EU summit in Brussels that it would be required to participate in some way.
