MPs Reject Proposal for Power Plant Referendum
Ljubljana, 29 March - The National Assembly rejected a motion to call a consultative referendum on the planned construction of a new generator at the Termoelektrarna Sostanj (TES) coal-fired power station on Tuesday. The proposal had been already dismissed by the relevant parliamentary committee two weeks ago.
