Cigarettes Dearer as Excise Goes Up

Ljubljana, 1 April - The price of cigarettes in Slovenia will go up on Friday as part of an increase in excise duty on tobacco. The most widely-sold packet will be 10 cents dearer at EUR 2.7, a rise of 3.8%, wholesaler Tobacna Ljubljana said.
