Commission Okays Zvonko Fiser for Top Prosecutor Post

Ljubljana, 14 April - The parliamentary Privileges and Credentials Commission backed Thursday Zvonko Fiser as the nominee for the new state prosecutor general. His nomination nevertheless continues to be opposed by the opposition Democrats (SDS) over what they claim is his dubious human rights record.
