Vecer Feels Trobec Bucan Was Not up to the Task

Ljubljana, 19 April - The daily Vecer argues on Tuesday that Dusa Trobec Bucan resigned as the local government minister because she was simply not up to the task and possibly because she was just a pawn in somebody else's game.
