Specialised Departments to be Introduced at Courts

Ljubljana, 20 April - Slovenia will get specialised court departments to handle complex white-collar crime cases under legislative changes passed in parliament on Wednesday. The changes to the courts act and judicial service act were not backed by the opposition, who pointed to the adverse opinion of the judiciary.
