Local Government Office Not to Get New Minister

Ljubljana, 21 April - The government will not appoint a new minister to replace Dusa Trobec Bucan at the helm of the Office for Local Government and Regional Policy after she resigned on Monday. Instead, the office will be headed by a director, Prime Minister Borut Pahor announced on Thursday. Minister for Slovenians Abroad Bostjan Zeks will temporarily take over.
