Ex-President Kucan Calls 1990s Arms Trade Mother of All Scandals

Ljubljana, 23 April - Former President Milan Kucan, who so far kept away from the latest wave of illegal arms trade accusations against opposition leader Janez Jansa, told Saturday's Delo that he continues to see the arms trade of the early 1990s as the mother of all scandals, which should be resolved.
