Bilingual Signs Talks Enter Decisive Round

Klagenfurt, 25 April - A new and, many believe, decisive round of talks will start Tuesday as representatives of the Slovenian ethnic community in Austria's Carinthia try to reach agreement with provincial and federal officials on how many bilingual city limits should be erected in the province.
