Ljubljana, 3 May - Liberal Democrats (LDS) leader Katarina Kresal has welcomed last week's announcement of National Council President Blaz Kavcic to challenge her in the upcoming vote for party president. Kresal said on Tuesday that she was happy to have a serious opponent, but is certain to win the post again.
