Dnevnik: Merfin Receivership Too Late to Challenge Controversial Deal

Ljubljana, 7 May - Merfin, acquisition vehicle in the ill-fated takeover of hardware retailer Mercur that is owned by the retailer's managers, will be going into receivership, the daily Dnevnik report on Saturday. But the launch will come over a year after a dividend pay most controversial to creditors, which means that they will not be able to challenge it in court.
