Bucar Feels Decision-Making Remained Stuck in Communism Mode

Ljubljana, 9 May - Retired Slovenian politician France Bucar has told TV Slovenija that the decision-making pattern in Slovenia has not changed from the times of communism. Decision-making power is still concentrated in the hands of a small group of people, while everyone else is without a voice, he believes.
