Cairo, 9 May - The Slovenian-run International Trust Fund for Demining and Mine Victims Assistance (ITF) and the Arab League signed a memorandum of understanding in Cairo on Monday to cooperate in the development of medical assistance and rehabilitation for victims of mines or other explosive devices.
