Ljubljana, 16 May - Head of the ruling Social Democrats (SD) deputy group Dusan Kumer has discussed in Monday's Delo what he believes are the reasons for the plummeting support for his party following the 2008 general election, putting the bulk of the blame on the grudges and envy of the election losers, primarily the opposition Democrats (SDS).
