PM Blames Slow Recovery on Welfare Benefits

Ljubljana, 19 May - Slovenia has retained its competitive edge despite an increase in welfare benefits for the most threatened groups of population at the time of crisis, Prime Minister Borut Pahor said in response to the competitiveness rankings of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) on Thursday.
