Insurer Triglav Plans EUR 50M Capital Increase
Ljubljana, 20 May - The shareholders of Slovenia's top insurer, Zavarovalnica Triglav, will meet on 21 June to decide on increasing share capital by EUR 50m to EUR 73.7m and vote on revoking the authorisation for a 15% recapitalisation given three years ago.
