Maribor, 31 May - The daily Vecer writes on Tuesday that Monday's bomb attack near a Herat ISAF base, which left four dead and dozens wounded, among them Slovenian civilian expert, confirmed US warnings that the Taliban remain strong and that the international community must count on enhanced rebel activity as it launches the transition period in Afghanistan.
