CoE Commissioner Calls on Pahor to Tackle Roma, Erased Issues

Strasbourg, 7 June - The Human Rights Commissioner of the Council of Europe (CoE), Thomas Hammarberg, has sent a letter to Prime Minister Borut Pahor calling on him to improve the housing conditions in certain Roma settlements in Slovenia. Hammarberg also expressed concern that the issue of the erased has still not been dealt with in full.
