The fact that the Slovene language will be publicly spoken at the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Carinthian plebiscite means that the official Austrian Carinthia and also major part of Carinthian civil society are starting to appreciate differently the Plebiscite from 1920, writes daily Republika in its Monday issue.
