Corruption Sting Suspect Resigns as Maribor Zares Head

Maribor, 10 June - Gregor Jager, who was detained in Wednesday's corporate crime sting in Maribor, has resigned as the head of the Maribor local branch of Zares, the party said on Friday. He was one of eleven detainees the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the criminal police apprehended as part of two separate corporate crime and corruption operations.
