Thaler: 40 Empty and Available Dwellings at Issue - Land Absolutely out of the Question

Slovene Foreign Minister Zoran Thaler explained the latest Slovene proposal concerning the property of ethnic Italians who left Slovenia to live in Italy after World War II in an interview for the Slovene national television Monday evening. According to the proposal, Slovenia is ready to offer Italy approximately 40 empty and available housing units in exchange for its debt to Italy arising from the 1983 Rome Agreement. A potential returning of land is "out of the question", said Minister Thaler.
