Zavarovalnica Maribor Raises EUR 12.8m in Fresh Capital

Maribor, 17 June - Slovenia's second largest insurer Zavarovalnica Maribor concluded successfully a EUR 12.8m capital rise, the company said in a press release on Friday. All of the 2,238,893 newly issued shares were bought by the insurers' two biggest owners, bank NKBM and reinsurer Pozavarovalnica Sava, at EUR 5.72 apiece.
