New Scholarships Bill Faces Opposition at Public Debate

Ljubljana, 20 June - Participants of a public debate held in Ljubljana on Monday opposed to the bill on scholarships envisaging that only students over 18 would receive state scholarships. They said it deprived them of a degree of independence while also deepened the distress of the poor students.
