Simobil Suing EU Commission, Brussels Rejects Allegations

Ljubljana/Brussels, 22 June - Slovenia's second largest mobile operator Simobil has filed a lawsuit against the European Commission with the EU Court of Justice for not investigating rival Mobitel's suspected abuse of its leading market position with its monthly plan for students, introduced in November 2008. The European Commission rejects the allegations.
