Roma Activists Set Up European Roma Union

Murska Sobota, 24 June - Roma activists from 13 countries have founded the European Roma Union (ERU) as they concluded a two-day conference in Murska Sobota on Friday. The newly-appointed ERU president Rajko Djuric from Germany told the press today that they had decided to set up the ERU because international organisations were not efficient enough.
