Tuerk Visiting New York for Debate on Global Governance

Ljubljana, 26 June - President Danilo Tuerk will be paying a working visit to New York between 26 and 29 June to attend upon the invitation of UN General Assembly president Joseph Deiss a thematic debate on global governance. Tuerk will also be seeking to consolidate support for Slovenia's bid for non-permanent membership of the UN Security Council.
