Agency for Privatization Brought 104 Charges of Criminal Offences and 272 Denunciations of Economic Violations
Ljubljana, 11 October - AGENCY/PRIVATIZATION/CHARGES
The Agency for Payments, Supervision and Information has begun the auditing of privatization in 884 companies from the earmarked 1,055, and finished auditing in 769 companies by 15 September. The agency established that public property was damaged in 502 companies and that the damages totalled SIT 59.2 billion. On the basis of the findings made in auditing, the agency brought 104 charges of 250 suspected criminal offences against 190 real persons.
