NSKS Says Signs Agreement and Constitutional Bill Not the Same

Klagenfurt, 27 June - The NSKS, one of the three Slovenian minority organisations in the Austrian province of Carinthia, explained Monday that its opposition to the constitutional bill that would implement an agreement on bilingual city limit signs reached in late April did not mean it opposed the agreement.
