Constitutional Court Suspends Takeover Act Interpretation
Ljubljana, 6 July - The Constitutional Court has stayed upon the initiative of the Securities Market Agency (ATVP) the mandatory interpretation of the takeovers act from 2006 which was adopted in May by parliament to shield state-owned companies from having to publish takeover bids.
