The Erased Demand Damages at European Court Hearing

Strasbourg, 6 July - Legal representatives of the erased citizens told the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg on Wednesday that Slovenia passed insufficient measures to undo the injustice of the 1992 erasure from the permanent residence registry and that the erased were entitled to damages.
