Bonnier, Ringier to Bid Jointly for Newspaper Delo

Ljubljana, 14 July - After Swedish media corporation Bonnier and Swiss-German publisher Ringier-Axel Springer submitted their separate bids to buy Slovenia's leading newspaper publisher Delo in February, the two now decided for a joint takeover bid, Delo reports on Thursday. Beverage group Pivovarna Lasko, the owner of Delo, expects two more bids.
