SDS MP against Criminalising Internet File-Sharing

Ljubljana, 22 July - The opposition Democrat (SDS) deputy Branko Grims protested on Friday in a letter to PM Pahor against the new provisions of the penal code which impose up to three years in prison for downloading files from the internet. Grims believes that the envisioned penalties are both excessive and unnecessary.
