AUKN Says NKBM Supervisors Sacked over Conflict of Interest

Ljubljana, 25 July - The reason for the dismissal of chief supervisor at Slovenia's second largest bank, NKBM, and two other members of the bank's supervisory board at Friday's shareholders meeting was a conflict of interest, the State Asset Management Agency (AUKN) stressed on Monday, denying allegations that the trio were sacked for disobedience.
