Jansa's Criminal Complaint against Prosecutor Rejected

Ljubljana, 25 July - The State Prosecution rejected the criminal charge filed by former Prime Minister Janez Jansa against Branka Zobec Hrastar, the prosecutor in the Patria defence scandal, commercial broadcaster POP TV reported on Monday. Jansa filed the charge on 13 June, claiming Zobec Hrastar had forged evidence in her indictment against him.
