Slovenia Signs Four Phare Financial Memorandums for 1995
Ljubljana, 16 October - Slovene Minister of Science and Technology Rado Bohinc and head of the European Commission Mission to Slovenia Amir Naqvi signed on behalf of the Slovene government and the European Union four financial memorandums of the Phare programme for 1995, amounting to ECU 19.4 million, in Ljubljana Monday.
